• Requests for return or exchange are approved within 3 business days.
• Once approved, our courier will reach you within 3–5 business days for pickup or exchange.

• Send a photo of the product along with your city, address, and order number, especially if the product is defective or not as described.
• Full refunds are issued if the delivered product is significantly different from the description on our website.
